When you book or get in touch, we process the details you give us: first and last name, phone number, email address and, where relevant, your address.

Why

We use these details to handle your booking and payment, and to call or email you when that is needed to serve you. Online bookings are handled by Restotailor, our reservation system.

Children

We do not intend to collect data from visitors under 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you think this has happened, email us at info@fogos.be and we will delete it.

Storage and sharing

We keep your data no longer than needed for the purpose it was collected for. We only share it with third parties when that is needed to fulfil our agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation.

Cookies

This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies of its own. The Restotailor booking window may use technical cookies needed to make a booking.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw your consent, to object to processing and to data portability. Send your request to info@fogos.be. We will reply as soon as possible and within four weeks at the latest.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Security

We take appropriate measures against misuse, loss, unauthorised access and unwanted changes to your data. If you feel your data is not properly protected, let us know at info@fogos.be.
